The set comes with 2 jars, one labelled 'Ibs to lose' and the other 'Ibs lost'. The to lose jar is filled with 28 gems and as you lose a Ib you move a gem from 'to lose' to 'lost'. Then just watch as one jar empties and the other fills, highly motivational. The jars are provided with 28 gems (2 stone), but more gems can be bought at 50p for every extra 14 gems. The jars fit a maximum of 5 stone in each one.
